Dinosaur hat
from online pattern. see del.icio.us for link. i added a decorative (and stiffening) red crochet edge to the top of the ridge.
knit in lily peaches and cream cotton. i messed up the sawtooth for the bottom edge because i didn't understand the pattern and hadn't done that stitch (or similar) before. figured it out for the ridge though. could be kermit without the ridge plus some big eyes on top.
this has a buttoned chin strap so it won't fall off.

plan to make more. will take requests. pattern writer suggested this hood could also be the base for others like a knight. i also thought i could make a unicorn...
